Processing time

The time we need to plan, build, and prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Matter of Fractions is not responsible for delays due to customs.

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 7 days of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. (and shipping back in the event of an exchange)
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
There will be a 10% restocking fee on returns.
